José Antonio Carlos de Seixas (1704 -1742) was a Portuguese composer, organist and harpsichordist of the Baroque period. Carlos Seixas's creations possess elegance, smoothness and melodic inspiration. His phrasing is irregular and asymmetrical and his harmonic language is clear.
